And here's the thing, I don't owe any of these people in explanation. But let's go there. My dad's side of the family is from rural Arkansas and have been in rural Arkansas for generations since slavery. My mom's side of the family is from rural Oklahoma and have been in Oklahoma for generations. We have them on my mom's side, both Indigenous ancestors and ancestors who were enslaved. Again, I don't owe that explanation to anyone. But the reality of it is the accusation that I am a tether is predicated on this notion that victimhood is the permanent state of the so-called foundational black American. And that anyone who talks like I do, mustn't really be a so-called foundational black American. Well, listen, I'm not interested in being a part of your cult that you made up out of thin air. I'm not interested in being part of your click. I'm not interested in being one of you. Now, some of you listening to that might say, well, you must want to be white. Absolutely not. I don't want to be anything other than what God made me. But more than that, I want to be part of his royal family, his royal priesthood. And the only way to be grafted into his royal priesthood is by proclaiming the name of Jesus Christ.
